Forming Plates

In the production of Trabzon braid, the smoothness of the product's edges and the symmetrical progress of the weave are among the most important factors determining quality. In traditional production, this process was done with pliers, but this method could leave marks on the weave.

Thanks to the forming plates we developed, a perfect shape is achieved on the product edges without damaging the weave structure. This technique also increases weave density and symmetry, making standard quality possible in production.

Interchangeable Clasp System

The interchangeable clasp system used in the Titan collection allows different designs to be used on a single Trabzon braid bracelet.

Thanks to this system, users can give their bracelets a new look by simply changing the clasp. This allows different model options to be used with the same weave while preserving labor costs.

Custom Sizing Devices

Trabzon braid has a flexible structure formed by gold wires woven loop by loop. Therefore, it needs to be produced in custom sizes, just like clothing.

Thanks to the sizing devices we developed, bracelet and necklace models can be prepared in the most suitable form for the user. This maximizes both comfort and aesthetic appearance.

Adjustable Trabzon Braid

Thanks to our new generation locking system, we have developed adjustable Trabzon braid bracelets in the Titan collection.

With this special system, users can enlarge or reduce the size of their bracelets by approximately 2-2.5 cm without removing them. This locking system, made entirely of metal, does not use different materials such as silicone or plastic.

This feature has made Trabzon braid more practical and modern for daily use.

In a jewelry design, the clasp mechanism is of great importance for both security and aesthetics. The Titan collection uses many clasp systems specially developed for different designs.

Elegant Clasp System

The Elegant clasp system, which adapts to minimalist designs, has a double security mechanism. Thanks to this system, more elegant and delicate designs can be produced.

Alize Clasp System

The Alize clasp system, developed for modern designs, has a mechanical structure that adapts to the user's wrist size. Thanks to this system, different model alternatives can be produced outside the classic Trabzon braid design.

Cuff Clasp System

With the cuff clasp system, the clasp mechanism has been reduced to the most minimal level possible. This achieves a simpler and more aesthetic appearance in bracelets.

Laser Welding Technology

In Trabzon braid production, achieving a perfect transition at the joining points of the wires is of great importance. For this reason, we use laser welding technology in production.

Thanks to laser welding, wires are welded together without any additional material. This method provides a bond that is both stronger and imperceptible to the eye.

Sustainable Weave Quality

Titan products are produced by experienced weavers from Trabzon. Weavers undergo regular quality training to maintain standard weave quality in production.
