Return Conditions
You can return the products you purchased within 7 days, provided the conditions specified below are met.
If the products for which a return request has been initiated are found to be eligible for return after inspection upon reaching us, the refund process will be initiated within 3 business days.
Product Return Conditions
The products intended for return must:

Be undamaged

Be unused
-
Have no damage on them

Not have been altered

Be sent in the same condition as when first delivered to the customer

If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to accept the product return.
Products that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Custom Sizing and Personalized Products
Products produced with personalized features are not covered by the return policy.
Specifically, products produced under the following conditions are absolutely not accepted for return:

Products produced with custom width or custom length measurements

Products produced for bracelets outside the standard size range of 18-20 cm

Products produced for necklaces outside the standard size range of 39-45 cm
For example; products produced with custom measurements such as 15, 16, 21, 22 cm bracelet sizes or 36, 37, 46, 47 cm necklace sizes are not covered by the return policy.
Product ID Damage
If the product identification number on Elizi products is damaged or becomes unreadable, the product will not be accepted for return and will be excluded from warranty coverage.
Store Sales
Product returns will not be accepted for incorrect pricing applications that may occur for products purchased from our physical sales points.

You can cancel your orders;

You can cancel your order.
If the Product Has Not Yet Been Shipped
For order cancellation between Monday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM:

If the Product Has Been Shipped
For cancellation after the product has been shipped;

Product invoice

Shipping delivery document

The product itself
must be delivered to us complete and undamaged.
Order cancellation becomes valid when these conditions are met.
Payment Refunds
After cancellation or return of purchases made by bank transfer or credit card, the product amount will be sent to your account within a maximum of 7 business days after the transaction is initiated.
For payments made with a credit card, the time it takes for the refund amount to appear on your card is entirely dependent on the processing times of the relevant bank.
