Your order will be delivered free of charge by Yurtiçi Kargo and insured by Loomis Security.

The product you purchased is specially prepared for you in line with your preferences specified during the order. It is delivered securely to the address you specify, in a special box, with a warranty certificate, barcode number, invoice and delivery note.
Your order is under the assurance of Elizi Trabzon Hasırı until it is delivered to you by the cargo company.

If you wish, you can specify different delivery and invoice addresses, so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.

If you want to receive your order via fast courier (within Istanbul), you can benefit from this service by paying an extra fee to the courier company.

If the recipient is not found at the delivery address, the cargo company leaves a visit notification note. If the recipient, to whose address a visit notification note has been left, does not contact the cargo company within 3 days, the cargo company returns the package to elizi.com.tr.

Check the products you ordered by comparing them with the dispatch note during delivery. After making sure that the product is complete in the product box, sign the delivery receipt. If you think the products are missing or damaged, do not accept the package in any way by having a report kept by the cargo officer. Do not sign the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. In such cases, if you sign or give any approval that you have received the product, you will be deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
