  • Elizi X Titan Warranty Conditions

    All products manufactured by Elizi Kuyumculuk are offered under specific warranty conditions. For products to benefit from warranty coverage, a warranty certificate and product identification number are mandatory.

    Products without a warranty certificate or product identification number are considered outside the scope of warranty. Therefore, we recommend that you always request a warranty certificate and product identification number for products purchased from our sales points.

    Lifetime Maintenance and Adjustment Guarantee

    For Elizi products;

    • Purity check

    • Maintenance

    • Ironing processes

    are covered by a lifetime guarantee.

    These services are performed in Elizi workshops to preserve the product's form and ensure its safe use for many years.

    Free Maintenance and Repair Service

    Free maintenance and repair services are provided for the following technical issues that may occur in products:

    • Wire breakage

    • Lock problems

    • Deformation of form

    If wire breakage or lock-related issues recur, the product can be replaced with a new one.

    Manufacturing-Related Problems

    In case of any manufacturing-related problem with the product, the product will be replaced with a new one free of charge.

    User-Induced Damage

    Deformations occurring during use are evaluated according to the condition of the product.

    • In cases where repair is possible, free or paid repair may be performed.

    • Repair requiring procedures are carried out in Elizi workshops.

    Authenticity Check

    Please ensure the presence of the following elements in products purchased from our sales points:

    • Presence of the ELİZİ stamp on the product

    • The product having a QR code or barcode number

    Products without a barcode or product identification number are not covered by warranty.

    Unauthorized Intervention

    For the warranty coverage of purchased products to remain valid, no intervention should be made on the products outside of the ELİZİ workshop.

    If the following operations are performed in workshops other than Elizi, the product will be out of warranty:

    • Length adjustment

    • Ironing processes

    • Coloring processes

    • All kinds of technical interventions

    Cargo Delivery

    It is recommended that you receive your products in a controlled manner during cargo delivery.

    Our company does not accept responsibility if the product is lost after cargo delivery.
